Car was fine for the most part, but guy inside didn't leave a good vibe. Not very personable, especially after declining the insurance that my company and insurance already had me covered for.

Never have cars available..it doesn't make sense.What do y'all have only 3 cars to share.not once have this happened but twice.its just ridiculous

This location doesn't even deserve one star. We had a pick up at 10:00am on a Saturday because we were told that was what time they opened (they actually opened at 9:00am) and we arrived early at 9:40. There were 6 people inside waiting and no employees around. After ten minutes a man named Josh finally came in. We waited until it was our turn, by then it was 10:20am. Josh was not professional at all. He was very rude and when you would ask him a question he looked at you and spoke back to you as if you just asked a dumb question. We were told there was a $200 deposit hold for the car, which was never mentioned when booking or in the fine print. We did not leave until 10:30, worst customer service I have received in a long time. Don't waste your time with this location. All of the customers that morning were angry.

Sketchy place. Associate slipped my drivers license into his pocket during the rental process. I had to ask for it back. Then I received a vehicle that had just been brought back from out of town and wasn't properly cleaned but didn't complain. And upon return of the vehicle I was slapped with a $200 cleaning fee by the same employee that slipped my drivers license into his pocket accusing me of smoking in the vehicle. His only proof was a speck of something on the floor in between the seat.

I had an 8am pickup scheduled several days in advance, and by 8:10, when there was still no sign of them, I called the office. The employee I spoke with told me that the person responsible for my pickup had come in late that day and was just now LEAVING the office, which was about 15 minutes away from my location. I called back at 8:30 when there was still no sign of them, and all I got was, "they're on their way, maybe there's an accident or something." STILL no apology or respect whatsoever.

The only reason I went with Hertz in the first place was that my insurance company choose them. I'll be informing my insurance company of the bad service I received from Hertz and will be avoiding their services in the future.

They had no respect for my time and didn't care that their poor service made me very late for work. I didn't even receive a courtesy phone call to let me know that my ride would be over 30 minutes late. Terrible customer service, no respect. My ride finally came at 8:48 - FORTY-EIGHT MINUTES LATE.

While I was waiting, multiple employees at the body shop informed me that this is a common experience for their customers waiting for a pick up from Hertz - they've kept people waiting for up to TWO HOURS.
