Reserved a car 2 days ago for a spring break trip with my fiancé. Half an hour before we were due to pick up the car, they call and tell me that they have no cars to loan me but he might have something by 5 or 5:30. I waited for him to call and he never did. I have already booked my Hotel and now we don't have the transportation that I reserved. I will never use this enterprise and I will warn everyone that I can about their unprofessional practices. Thanks for ruining my vacation. Hope you go bankrupt

I always have a great experience at this Enterprise location. I especially like that I can leave my car there over night, that way I don't have to wait on a ride or have them take me home. There is always great customer service, I'm amazed at how they keep it all together.
