I know this is chipotle but have some common courtesy and think about your customers. Also, music was too loud and no one was there for it to be at that volume.
Service was terrible for a Chipotle. I don't even understand how they could mess this up. Service was slow too considering there were only two customers there. Looks like everyone but us knew.
Food was OK, but chips were undercooked and their medium salsa was mixed with hot sauce. I can tolerate spicy but not everyone can.
Unprofessional staff, running around, smoking outside and loud mouthing is not really a welcoming environment.
Whatever happened to chipotle? They use to be great a year ago no matter which location but they've been lowering standards to borderline fast food joints like McDonald's or Burger King.
I ordered a online order for pick up once before here. When I picked up my order the burrito bowl was noticeably lighter than usual. Seems like they skimmed on the quantity of food since i wasn't I front of them during the order. I came in today to order in person. The entire time the woman was supposed to be asking me what I wanted in my bowl she was conversing with her coworker. Very disrespectful to me as the customer.
Great people. Fast service. Good food.
After typing this I changed my 3 star to a 2 star review. Chipotle is just not that great anymore.
My experience the other day was disappointing but the manager (I think his name starts with a K) was super helpful and great at resolving the problem. He has great customer service and made sure my food was hot and correct. He's AWESOME!
