My experience with LaMartina Plumbing was excellent. The plumber quickly and efficiently corrected the problem with my tub faucets. I will use their services again.
I am exceptionally disappointed in the services provided by Tony LaMartina Plumbing after using them for decades. Matt LaMartina seems like he is only interested in getting full payment without customer satisfaction or customer service which is something that they used to provide. In response to my last email, he only had one thing to say and that was that they received our payment. My husband sent a payment in full even though it should have said 'disputed' on the memo line. He also felt they didn't do proper work but we thought Matt would at least courteously respond to my email and work on resolving our issues. We thought they had enough integrity and that we had enough history that we wanted to avoid the Better Business Bureau. All I can say is that Matt has left us very disappointed and that this is not the same standard of business they used to offer. I also notice people are confusing Tony LaMartina Plumbing with LaMartina Plumbing in reviews. Be careful.
The folks they sent out did a good job and were quick and efficient. I have used them several times over the years and would not use anyone else.
Tony LaMartina is the best! I will solely use their services for now on. Great customer service and the best plumbers around. If you want a worry-free plumbing experience do not hesitate to use Tony Lamartina. I would like to specifically thank Mike Dryden and Chris Davidson for going above and beyond to make sure my needs were met.
